Get a taste of entrepreneurship!
You are studying really hard, which takes up all of your time. But have you ever thought about the future? What are you gonna do after you've finished your study? What are your ambitions? Do you have what it takes to become the boss of your own company? Or to be entrepreneurial within existing companies?

The Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship helps you to find out. We coordinate different activities around entrepreneurship, ranging from one-time big events to classes and minors in every type of education (bachelor, master, PhD and post-doc).  We've developed a model to create a comprehensive supply of education and events. For example, all students are able to follow courses in entrepreneurship, gain knowledge and think about starting their own company.

"Promote entrepreneurship by means of knowledge, attitude and behavior"

A clear vision lies behind our education on entrepreneurship that we will gladly explain. The Delft University of Technology introduces in all types of education (bachelor-, master-, PhD-programs and post initial education) courses on entrepreneurship, in such a way that a funnel model arises. All student scan follow these courses, which results in awareness of being entrepreneurial (knowledge). Then the students make a well-considered choice to start their own company or to innovate within an existing company (attitude). Those who choose for these two options (for example within the Master Annotation Entrepreneurship) follow specialized courses, in order to leave the university with the appropriate competencies (behavior).

Courses

Entrepreneurship courses are offered in three ways:

• General lectures and workshops
  These are accessible for everyone and pre-knowledge is not necessary. You can snuffle here on entrepreneurship.
• Education in your Bachelor
  This education aims on awareness (snuffle) on entrepreneurship and to develop general skills on entrepreneurship (taste).
• Education in your Master
  Also within your Master it is possible to develop general skills on entrepreneurship. You can also further specialize in knowledge and skills. It is possible to follow courses to develop your business further (try). Eventually you can start your own business by YES!Delft, the TU Delft incubator which offers coaching and accommodation facilities.
