DEnvI conference Water & the City

It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the Conference Water en de Stad, het jaarlijkse congres aan de TU Delft. & the City, to be held June 13-15, 2012 at the Aula conference centre of Delft University of Technology in Delft, The Netherlands.
Working conference
Water & the City will not be a standard conference, with one person talking and the audience just listening. This conference will depend on active participation from the attendees. In three rounds of workshops, we will approach the water challenges of Singapore, Jakarta, Rotterdam and New Orleans. First, we will approach the challenges from a Science perspective, then from an Engineering perspective, followed by the Design perspective. From each city, experts will be available to provide input. Each workshop will last half a day. For this conference we solicit posters and papers that contribute to the science, engineering and design of urban water challenges.
